Outstanding hospitality, excellent food was delightful.

The room was spacious and had comfy beds, which was perfect for relaxing. I really enjoyed the nice light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Plus, everything was super clean, and the bathroom had both a bath and shower, giving a nice feel. Just felt a bit crowded in some areas when I went to the pool, but overall a nice stay!

Had a lovely night here with my dog. Staff were super helpful, changing our room to the ground floor without a hassle. Room was huge and comfy. The breakfast was delish, and I could chill in the lounge bar with my pup, which was a huge relief. Just wish there were more parking spots available.

I recently stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Twin Room and was truly impressed by the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. The indoor heated pool was a highlight, providing a relaxing break after our adventures. The breakfast offered a delicious variety, ensuring we started our days right. I believe that the dining menu could benefit from more variety to match the high quality of service.

This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the friendly staff helped with currency recommendations. I’ll be back for my business trip!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the staff was very helpful during our stay and provided a warm welcome at reception. all essential amenities were included, such as a well-cooked breakfast, and the hotel's great location made exploring the city convenient with hourly connections to Leeds.

The room was clean and well-equipped, making for a pleasant stay. the mattress was a bit hard, and I noticed the breakfast area could use more staff to keep things stocked. it was a nice experience with friendly service.

The Standard Twin Room offered ample space for the family, with three beds available, which made the whole experience a bit more manageable.

Unfortunately, several elements detracted from our stay. The room itself felt outdated, with a collapsed double bed and stained upholstery that made it hard to relax. We also faced cleanliness issues, as the restaurant appeared dirty, with leftover food from breakfast still on the floor during dinner hours. The food quality varied significantly. we waited too long for meals, with one dinner taking a full two hours to arrive, which was frustrating. the fire alarm woke us up early in the morning due to burnt toast, adding to the chaotic experience.
